Türk Böbrek Vakfı Hastanesi - The Turkish Kidney Foundation Hospital

NPP undertook a project with TBV Vice-President, Serdar Eraslan, to provide a permanent gallery of original paintings for the enjoyment and amusement of patients, staff and visitors within the confines of a working hospital. Hence, today you can find the TBV43 collection on permanent display within the hospital.

“It’s therapeutic to paint - a sprectrum of feelings can be exorcised. A colourful original painting can provide a visual outlet and stimuli for somebody laying in a bed for days and sometimes weeks on end. The decision to go forward with this collection of paintings indicates the care and vision of the people responsible for founding this establishment."

Among the collection is the 5m long painting, Rainbow Bridge, illustrating NPP’s vision to paint the underside of the Bosphorus Bridge.
